He is survived by: his girlfriend Frances Cook; his sons, Curtis Myers (Kerry) and Tony Myers (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Matt Myers (Jackie) and April Evans (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Spencer Myers, Xander Evans and Sally Evans.
