With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Deal Hunter of Pfafftown, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Deal and Nora Deal; her husband Ebert "Bud" A. Hunter; her son-in-law CJ Lane; and her sisters, Nora Alice Bowen and Cecile D. Honeycutt.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Lane of Pfafftown, Alex E. Hunter (Wanda) of King, David Shore Hunter (Lynn) of King and Beth Hunter Lasater; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hunter and Luke Hunter; and her brother Gerald Deal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
