He was predeceased by: his son Steve; and his granddaughter Jessica. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Bruce and Douglas; his daughter-in-law Trenda; his stepdaughter Diana Mitchell; his son-in-law Mike; his grandson Brandon; his sisters, Carolyn Prothro and Barbara Ann Heflin; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Jerrie and Barbara.
