He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Allen and Lorene Jeanette; his wife Nancy "Gail" Willard; his children, Jamie Willard (Olga), Lee Willard (Susan) and Amy Willard (Tony); and his siblings, Jeanette (Dan), Levonda and Mark Allen Willard.
