He was predeceased by: his father Henry Charles Parker. He is survived by: his wife Becky Anne Burke Parker; his son David Charles Parker; his siblings, Saundra Jones and Freddie Parker; and his nieces and nephews, Payton Parker, Sarah Pascal and Jamie Kearnes.
