She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilmer Padgett and Loraine Wilson Padgett; and her sisters, Betty Hooks and Cheryl Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Taylor; her children, Susan Hood (John), Mark Taylor (Kari), Stephanie Taylor and Krista Hopkins (Tim); her grandchildren, Thomas, Phoenix Hood, Chelsea, Christopher Taylor, Tyson Johnson, Paul Miller, Scott Hopkins and Noah Hooks; and her siblings, Sandra Elliot, Beverly Stevens and Gilmer Thomas Padgett, Jr..
