He was predeceased by: his parents, Elcer Ray and Maggie Mae McKinney Luper; and his sister Carroll Jean Beroth. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lee Binkley Luper; his daughters, Sharon Lee Luper Collett of Winston-Salem and Lavonda Kay Luper Glass of Pfafftown; his grandchildren, Wesley Ferrell Collett, Anna Lee Collett, Robert Ray Collett, Leah Joyce Glass and Thomas William Glass IV; his great grandchildren, Nyah Lee Collett, Ruby Grace Medlin and Jillian Ada Collett; his sister Dorotha Rae Masencup; his nieces, Dawn Masencup Davis (Jim), Nancy Bracken and Gail Gentry; and his nephew Roger Beroth. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
