We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 93, Ernest McNeil Womble of Pfafftown, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Dallas Womble; and his wife Betty Bennett Womble. He is survived by: his children, Lu-Anne Womble Shumate (Philip) of Pilot Mountain, Steven McNeil Womble (Sarah) and Mary Womble URen (Mark); his grandchildren, LeeAnna Bowen (Luke), Austin, Jack and Max; and his brother John Womble (Alpha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
