He was predeceased by: his parents, Ona Cliff and Minnie Pearl Norman Baynard; and his son Paul Franks. He is survived by: his wife Gail G. Baynard; his children, Andy Baynard (Anna Maria Chavez) and Darlene Burgess (David); and his daughter-in-law Theresa Franks. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
