With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Lowery of Pembroke, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 30, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Wanda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wanda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Daniel D. Brooks; her husband Therman Lowery; and her son Thomas Lowery. She is survived by: her mother Alberta Locklear Brooks of Lumberton; her son Travis Lowery; and her siblings, Mitchell Wayne Brooks of Red Springs, Sue Carol Brooks of Pembroke and Jackie Lynn Brooks of Durham. She is also survived by several grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
