He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alex Locklear and Velma D. Hunt. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Tyner and Delton Lewis; his siblings, Dion Locklear of Chicago, IL and Velma Sue Strickland of Pembroke, NC; his aunts and uncles, Suzie Locklear of Georgia, Diane Locklear of Lumberton, James Locklear of Lumberton and Colonel McGirt of Lumberton; and his son Alaiya Tyner (Wade Albert Tyner Jr.).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Lumbee Memorial Gardens (774 Moss Neck Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
