He is survived by: his children, Victoria Carter (Michael), Tina Scott, Samuel Blue (Penichia) and Victor Blue, Jr.; his grandparent McKenzie Woods; and his grandchildren, Maxxon Carter, Naomi Puente, Anastasia Barron, Juan Barron, Skylar Blue, Brendley Blue, Acacia Blue and Amanda Blue. He is also survived by several brothers.
