He is survived by: his siblings, Randolph Locklear (Mattie) of Rowland, Andoris Dial of Pembroke, Pandora Jacobs (Willie) of Red Springs, Adolph Locklear (Diane) of Pembroke, Gwendolyn Allen of Pembroke, Antoinette Locklear of Pembroke, Herman Locklear of Pembroke, Ricky Locklear (Patsy) of Pembroke and Victor Locklear (Shelia) of Pembroke; and his caregiver Kay Lowery. He is also survived by brother-in-law.
