She is survived by: her children, Norma Jean Locklear-Richardson (Elk Richardson) and Jason C. Locklear of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cole Locklear of Lumberton, Katlynn Locklear of Pembroke and Stevie Lowry of Pembroke; her great grandchildren, Cohen, Addison, Aspen, Easton and Ekyah; and her sisters, Flora Jane Scott, Merlene Locklear and Carol Hunt.
