Locklear, Mitchell Locklear (Rhonda) and Craig Locklear (Beth); his sister Clarise Chavis; his grandchildren, Shawn Cody, Chelsey Halene, Seth Dakota, Sawyer Evan, Riley Mitchell, Chloe Bethany and Chase Brady; and his great grandchildren, Cashlynn and Journi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, whom loved him like a father, and a host of relatives and friends.
