He is survived by: his children, Timothy Daniel Parnell of Fayetteville, Christopher Scott Parnell of Pembroke, Joshua Silas Parnell of Maxton, Justin Allen Ransom of Pembroke and Brittany Nicole Parnell of Pembroke; and his close friends, Chris Davis, Kevin Mayes, Tim Baxley and Tommy Chavis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
