She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Pate and Delia J. Deese-Pate; her sister Gail Denise Pate Vega; and her brothers-in-law, Anker Ole Bell, Sr. and Bruce Locklear.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virgil Lowry (Lena Bell), Gary Edward Pate, Terry Dale Pate, Sandra Faye Pate Bell, Mary Juanita Pate Hardin (Elwood), Deloris Kaye Pate Oxendine (George) and Debra Sue Pate Locklear; and her brother-in-law Fernando Vega. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
