Locklear and Joshua Earl Locklear; his sisters, Tammy Kellogg of Maxton, NC, Christina Strickland (Russell) of Pembroke, NC and Wanda Oxendine of Rowland, NC.; and his grandchildren, Ashwin Hicks (Marshal), Tailan Smith (Tyler) and Tairesa Smith (Block).
