She was predeceased by: her parents, James Anderson and Stella Anderson; her siblings, Carlton Anderson, Elmore Anderson, Letha Mae Jones and Shirley Lowery; her husband Larry Collins; and her son James Brian Collins (Carol).
She is survived by: her son Dr. Paul Collins (Penny); her grandsons, Zachery, Noah and Adam; her daughter-in-law Carol Collins; her grandchildren, Cierra Blackhorse (Rylan) and Christian Collins; her great grandchildren, Atalie Reese Blackhorse and Emris Collin Blackhorse; and her sisters, Judy Jacobs and Faye Bullard.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Prospect Holiness Methodist Church (4359 NC-710, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
