She is survived by: her husband Edward Hayes Locklear; her siblings, Louise, Michael (Quae), Eunice, Randall (Carol), Barbara (Johnny Oxendine) and Phyllis; and her siblings-in-law, Doug (Janice), Paul (Sandra) and Doris Ann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
