She was predeceased by: her husband Tracy "Uncle Dave" Bullard; and her brothers, Rufus Locklear and Dovy Locklear. She is survived by: her sons, Calvin Kent Bullard (Brendette) of Maxton, Trent Bullard (Krista) of Lumberton and Terlance Bullard (April) of Maxton; her siblings, Louis Locklear (Linda), Cleveland Locklear (Linda), Nancy Dial of Pembroke and Zillie Locklear of Maxton; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Seth, Joshua, Terra, Jacob and Jeremiah. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
