He is survived by: his parents, Russell W Locklear Jr. and Patsy Locklear; his wife Katrina; his sons, Brent and Cody Locklear; his brother Matthew Locklear (Myrtle "Cookie") of Pembroke, NC; and his siblings-in-law, LouAnn Emanuel of Lumberton, NC, Harry Emanuel (LaVerna) and Dwayne Emanuel (Marian) of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
