She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hunt and Alifare Chavis Hunt; her husband Crawford Oxendine; her children, James Arthur Hunt, Crosby Oxendine, C. L. "Red" Oxendine and Gwendalyn Oxendine; and her siblings, Pete Hunt and Sadie Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Oxendine of Orrum, NC, Betty Carol Oxendine Hunt of Lumberton, NC, Melissa Oxendine Lowery (Dewey) of Fairmont, NC and Tena Oxendine Whitted (John) of Lumberton, NC. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
