Oxendine.
He is survived by: his wife Sherly C. Locklear; his grandson Waylon Cummings; his children, Michelle Jones, Marie Lattimore (Peewee) of Wilson, Monica Fields of Maxton, Holly Miller (Bryan) of Fairmont, Jennifer R. Cummings, Joyce Hunt of Pembroke, Yolanda Jones of Lumberton, Trystal Hunt of Rowland and Johnny R. Cummings of Pembroke; his siblings, Donald Locklear of Red Springs, Mitchell Locklear (Melanie) of Pembroke, Maria Jones (Rita) of Rowland, Mesca Locklear (Bo) of Lumberton and Maxine Hunt (Doug) of Pembroke; his niece Tisha Locklear of Lumberton; his friends, Leavira Chavis, Danny, Maxine and MaLaria Locklear of Pembroke; his adoptive son Bobby R. Hunt Jr. (Junior); his aunts, Shelby Chavis and Christine Brayboy; and also Jenna Jones of Fayetteville. He is also survived by his 48 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
