He is survived by: his parents, Versey Goins and Shirley Goins; his wife Liz Ann Goins; his daughters, Sheena Goins (Terrance) and Rhonda Goins (Carl Devon) of Maxton; his siblings, Stoney Bullard of Shannon, Johnny Goins (Rita), Eddie Goins (Charlotte), Tony Goins (Sandra) and Brenda Bullard of Maxton; his grandchildren, Jacob, Joe Riley, Joseph, David Hunt, Terrance Jr., TaKayla and TaRosa; and his daughters, Kayla Chavis, Tasha Revels and Taylor Miller. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
