Oxendine and Madie Oxendine; his siblings-in-law, Burl Winford Locklear, Evelyn J. Bullard and Joseph Bullard; and his nephew James Brandon Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Drenna Locklear; his son Richard Brandon Locklear; his granddaughter Jaeani Karae; his niece Ashton; his sister Kimberly; his nieces and nephews, Kristian of Hamlet, NC and Aaron of Hamlet, NC; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Howington (Marvin), Phyllis Locklear (Wayne) and Roger (Carmalita); his goddaughters, Katie and Kendra; his nephews, Jared, Zachary and Scottie; and his niece Heather. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
