She was predeceased by: her parents, Lurena Cummings Canady and James "Tiny" Canady. She is survived by: her siblings, Janice Oxendine, Thaddas Jacobs of Pembroke and Dwight Edward Canady of Pembroke. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
