He is survived by: his children, Audry Lowry (Gerald) of Rowland, Nora Jones (Thurman) of Pembroke, Reedy Locklear Jr. of Pembroke, Redell Locklear of Pembroke, Wayne Keith Locklear of Pembroke, Bernard Locklear (Janice) of Pembroke, Alvin Ray Locklear of Pembroke, Mickey Locklear (Jamie) of Pembroke, Donald Anthony Locklear (Marcita) of Pembroke and Julian Canal Locklear (Felicia) of Fairmont; and his siblings, Austin Locklear of Pembroke, Colonel Locklear Jr. of Pembroke and Evon Sanderson of Pembroke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
