She was predeceased by: her parents, Bracey Lowery and Snodie Lowery; her close friend Jack Swoveland; her great grandchild Hayden Locklear; the father of her children Orland Locklear Sr.; and her siblings, Kathy Bullard, Evelyn Lowery, Polly Bullard, Britt Carl Lowery, Neal Lowery, Billy Ray Lowery and Bracey Terry Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Orland Locklear, Jr. (Tammy), Tammy Lynn Locklear (Kenneth Ray) and Heather Locklear LeMaster; her grandchildren, Victoria Lynn, Jordan Lee, Alex Michael, Stefanie Nicole and Melinda Carol; her great grandchildren, Orland Xavier, Terry Rayne, Jardani Marcellus, Kennedy Rain, Kassidy Eloise, Kisley Grace, Payton Alexander, Kensington Grace, Phoenix River, Gianna Kensley, Jayden Lee Troy and Jacob Landon; and her siblings, Thelma Deeringwater, Betty Ann Carter, Rita Lowery, Sandra Hunt, Lillian Carter, Molly Hunt, Earl Lowery, Gerald Lowery and Bobby Dean Lowery. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
