He is survived by: his wife Mable Doris Locklear; his children, Madelene Bullard (Gerald) of Maxton, Michelle Barton (Cecil) of Maxton, Hope Harris of Maxton, Wendy Locklear of Maxton and Christopher Locklear of Maxton; his grandchildren, Gerald O'Bryan "Bubba" Bullard, Morgan "Paige" Locklear and Krishna "LaGale" Locklear; and his siblings, Vernell Locklear of Pembroke, Rudolph Locklear of Cheraw, SC, Mattie Locklear and Emma Locklear of Pembroke. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
