She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Linda Locklear (Louis), Sheryl Lindsey (Ken) of Spartanburg, S. C., Lloyd Locklear (Mary Lee) of Lumberton, Larry Locklear (Dale), Chris Locklear (Dena) of Pembroke and Jimmy Locklear (Kim) of Laurinburg; her brother Nelson Locklear (Katrina) of Tabor City; and her stepdaughter Norlene Jones of Laurinburg. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Lumbee Memorial Gardens (774 Moss Neck Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
