He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Earl Deee; his stepfather Alton Lloyd; his sister Patricia Kotuski; his son Ricky Barton (Fluff); his wife Irma Deese; his sons, Michael Heath (Emily) of Pembroke, Justin Tyler of Pembroke and Marcus Antonio (Mersade) of Pembroke; his grandchild Chayton Michael Deese; his mother Lillian Locklear; and his siblings, Larry Deese (Shirley) of Pembroke, David Deese (Patty) of Maxton, Elliott Lloyd (Karen) of Red Springs and Jennifer Lloyd of Pembroke. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
