She is survived by: her children, Joy Locklear of Pembroke, NC, Sandra Oxendine (Chuck) of Pembroke, NC, Victoria Jackson of Raeford, NC, Chocawana Locklear of Red Springs, NC and Jonathan Warren Locklear of Raeford, NC; and her sister Barbara Ann Locklear of Pembroke, NC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
