He is survived by: his wife Cherry Lynn McMillian; his children, John Allen Oxendine (Janetta), Lofty Locklear Jr. of Pembroke, NC, Gene Sampson of Cleemons, NC, Tesha Sampson, Nanette Jennings (Richard) of Pembroke, NC and Channell McMillian of Fayetteville, NC; his brothers, Waymon Dan McMillian (Kathleen) of Pembroke, NC and Charles Lowery (Tulula) of Pembroke, NC; and his niece Nina Anderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
