He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Paul and Elizabeth Lester. He is survived by: his wife Gwendalyn Allen; his children, Tara Denise (Casey), Zenetta (Kelvin) and Leon Jr. (Kristy); his grandchildren, Kamron, Drew, Mason and Brody; and his siblings, Kenny, Evelyn, Linda and Judy Ann. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
