She was predeceased by: her brother Kelvin Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Brealyn Chavis, Kieonna Chavis, Chanse Chavis and Eli Chavis; her mother Linda Jacobs (Mike); her siblings, Clifton "Tre" Jacobs III (Glenda), Cody Hunt, LaTasha "Tasha" Johnson and Maranda Hunt; and her nephew Trenton Jacobs. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
