He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lynn Bullard; his sons, Kirk Bullard Jr. (Concetta) of Lumberton, NC and Andre Bullard (Iner) of Pembroke, NC; his sister Theresa Bullard Price MD (Jerry) of Lumberton, NC; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Gabriella, Andin, Adinah and Adalin Bullard.
