He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie James Locklear and Mildred Locklear; his wife Katherine Oxendine; his daughter Tammy Lynn Oxendine; his sisters, Vivan Locklear, Sandra Locklear and Dinah Jones; and his great grandchild Miss Karyn Paige Oxendine.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Oxendine of Pembroke, Chastie Raby (Tony) of Shannon, Kim (Pa) and Master Cameron Oxendine; his sisters, Linda Oxendine (Michael) of Pembroke and Sherry Jones (Charles) of Pembroke; and his close friend Vicky Jones.
