He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alfred Langley, Sr. and Ruth Anne Muldowney Langley; and his brother David Francis Langley. He is survived by: his wife Terry Ann; his children, Michael Langley of Hampton, VA., Michelle Langley Laubach (Jonathan) of Yorktown, VA. and Dawn Langley (Nora) of Fayetteville, N. C.; and his stepchildren, James C. Baker (Melanie) of Maxton, N. C., Jon M. Locklear of Maxton, N. C. and Kris Cummings (Randy) of Winterville, N. C.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
