He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Bullard and Rener Bullard; and his stepson Seth Avery Deese. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Deese Bullard; his daughter Danielle Bullard Cribb (Brent) of McColl, SC; his stepchildren, Courtney Campbell of Pembroke and Magin Campbell of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Caleb Bullard and Johnalyn Bullard of McColl, SC; and his siblings, Jimmy Bullard (Barbara) of Prospect, Bernadine Bullard (Chris) of Kenansville, NC and Barbara Barnes (Govenor) of Indian Trail, NC.
