He is survived by: his children, Sherman Calhoun (Lakisha), Edward Cain (Charlene), Erica Goins (Anthony) and Eunice Shelton (Byron); his siblings, Dr. Wilbert Cain Jr. (Brenda) and Jacqueline Esule; his nephew George Esule; and his nieces, Gina Cain-Tate, Gillian Cain-Brown and Karina Esule. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
