He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Clark Jr. and Arlene Locklear Morales (Tony); his siblings, Christina Locklear (William) and Thomas Wayne Clark; his children, Anessa Clark (Calum), Jeremiah Clark (Azya) and Ethan Clark; his granddaughter Adalyn Clark; and his nieces and nephews, Twankuish, Seth, Ashley of Pembroke and Shania of Pembroke. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
