It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Locklear (Pembroke, North Carolina), who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Oxendine and Mary Ellen Oxendine. He is survived by: his wife Aggie Locklear; his sons, Justin Deese of Pembroke, Jeremy Locklear of Pembroke and Jeffrey Andrew Locklear of Southern Pines; and his siblings, Jennifer Locklear of Pembroke and Michael Locklear of Rowland.
