She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Locklear, Woodell Locklear (Vicky), Christopher Locklear (Terri), Timothy Locklear (Jo Helen), Gregory Locklear and Tony Locklear; and her brother Dallas Oxendine. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pembroke Church of God (516 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
