He is survived by: his daughters, Madeline Kay Burnette (Michael Mattox) and Susan Michelle Burnette Patrick; his son-in-law Kenneth Wayne Patrick; and his friends, Kendria Olivia Patrick (Nathan Hansen), Kaila Brooke Chavis, Kendan Burnette Patrick and Michael Anthony Townsend. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
