She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Locklear and Mary Frances Dial Locklear; and her siblings, Crummie Locklear, Willie O. Locklear, Martha Hunt, Azure Locklear and Rosie Locklear.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd E Grammer; her sons, Randall Michael Grammer and Jeffery Glenn Grammer; her siblings, Tyrone Locklear, Sterlin "Bobby" Locklear, Pearlie Locklear and Mary Locklear; and her grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Grammer, Brandon Michael Grammer, Adam Grammer and Bryan Grammer. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
