She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Locklear and Velma Sampson Locklear; her siblings, Alice Locklear, Connie Locklear, Stacy Locklear, Thurman Locklear, Jr. and James Arnold Locklear; her brother-in-law Rufus Smith; and her great grandchild Lil Kenny Ray Brewer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Sue Brewer (Kenny), Sherita Lynn Locklear (Dwayne "Hoss") and Amanda Gail Blue (Bobby); her grandchildren, Auston Ray Brewer (Savanna), Leslie Aldelia Brewer, Michael Locklear, Joshua Dwayne Locklear, Logan Hazley Blue, Gabrielle Locklear (Kevin) and Jacob Blue; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Ray Brewer, Kennedy Rae Brewer, Sophia Locklear and Sadie Locklear; her siblings, Helen Smith, Mary Lois Callahan (Larry), William Locklear (Elvera) and Joseph Locklear (Pam); her siblings-in-law, Betty Locklear, Ruby Revels, Brenda Locklear and Roye Locklear; her caregiver Rubie Oxendine; and her niece Shelena Smith (Steven). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harpers Ferry Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
