With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Garvie Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Mark. He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Locklear; his grandchildren, Koen Charles Locklear and Thomas Walker III (Lisa); his son TJ; his granddaughter Melissa; his great grandchildren, Jennifer and Kody; his son Blake; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Jacobs and Tammy Cummings (Dwayne); and his stepgrandchildren, Cassie, Dylan and Taelyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in honor of Garvie's memory.
