He is survived by: his mother Rosalind Locklear; his daughters, Mia Carla Rose Dial and Ava Marie Dial of San Bernardino, California; his siblings, Leah Dial of Pembroke, NC and Pernell Dial (Ricki) of Pembroke, NC; his nieces and nephews, Shania Dial, Kazlei Knight, Tryston Dial, Kalon Dial and Keithan Oxendine "Monkey"; his great-niece Tilda Wilson; and his great-nephew Tobias Dial.
