She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Revels of Florida and Cecil Revels; and her siblings, Billy Ray, Early Mac, Cecil Revels, Vickie Locklear, Alice Jones and Myrtle Lewis.

She is survived by: her son Christopher Revels of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Christopher Lynn Revels and Adrian Blake Revels; and her siblings, Charles Revels (Twilla) of Pembroke, Ronnie Lee Revels (Laura Ann) of Pembroke, Willie Revels (Kathy) of Pembroke, David Revels (Roberta) of Pembroke, Valerie Sampson (Robert) of Pembroke and Daisy Oxendine of St. Pauls. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
